This class is in high demand. If you are interested please contact Fiona on 0439654471 to check to see if this class is suitable for your skill level and/or to be placed on the wait list. You will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available, thanks!

Explore a range of organic materials and bring your ideas tom life in a relaxed and inspiring environment with award winning Ceramic Artist Fiona Cuthbert O’Meara. In this class you will explore a comprehensive range of skills, glazes and firing methods to extend your existing knowledge and further your ceramic practice (Intermediate levels only).

This is an interest based and individual project led class so come filled with inspiration and curiosity and we will help support your ongoing journey with clay to actualise your projects so you feel empowered to make work that is unique to you. Each class series is different and the classes will be led class inspirations in an inclusive environment.

In this class you will learn to feel your way, centre, take notice, grow, learn basic skills and decide whether you want to move in a functional or sculptural direction (or explore both). All standard clays, tools and equipment are provided for the duration of the workshops. Includes Clay, studio range of glazes and firing in the electric kiln. Atmospheric firing options will be made available as an optional extra such as: Gas reduction firing, Raku, Pit and Wood-firing.

Working with clay can be both grounding and cathartic as you tap into your own inner artist, shaping and allowing and connecting to earth through your process.

Just bring your ideas, a curious mind, apron and a towel and we will provide the rest for you to enjoy your creative experience!

Please contact Fiona is you have any queries about your suitability for this class.
