**We use Sendle for shipping which is 100% carbon neutral, and we use 100% Australian made recyclable packaging. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.
All Exhibition Ranges are by local pick up only. Please enquire.

Faulty Items

If your items arrive damaged, we will happily exchange it for something similar or lesser value. If the return and exchange is for an item that is of greater value, only the remaining difference will need to be paid. You must email us a photo of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving them. Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on damaged items. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout as we are unable to provide refunds for stolen or lost packages. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us here regarding faulty items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind & Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Booking T&Cs

When you purchase a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cancellations made with more than 7 working days in advance of the event start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 working days to the training start date will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. Class sizes are kept small to optimise your experience and we ask that you are clear about your dates please. Due to small class sizes and the specialised equipment required, we cannot offer make-up sessions if any classes are missed within your workshop timeframe.
  • You may transfer your registration to another one of our scheduled Workshops in the same calendar year (pending availability) any time before 7 working days of the event; you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference.
